Aurica Flaireim is a young village girl hired by Jirou, as a maid for his newly constructed mansion. Despite her excellent vocation, she is extremely shy, reserved, and initially appears deeply self-conscious.
Aurica Flaireim is the head maid of Jirou Ayase's mansion, first appearing during his search for a helper from a nearby village. Initially a shy girl with poor eyesight, she is hired by Jirou, who later uses a spirit stone to improve her vision. Grateful for the opportunity and the positive change in her life, she serves with steady dedication and loyalty.
Aurica is a young woman with an ash-grey short bob haircut and long bangs that once covered her eyes due to her limited vision. She has light freckles and a warm, lightly tanned complexion. Slightly shorter than Marina at just over 150 cm, she originally had a very slim build, which later improved after living at the mansion.
After her eyesight is restored, her features are noted to be modestly pretty, suggesting the potential for future elegance. Her usual outfit is the maid uniform provided by Jirou.

Aurica begins as a very reserved, soft-spoken girl with low confidence, shaped by the difficulties she faced growing up with visual impairment. She is remarkably honest, freely acknowledging her challenges even during her job interview.
Her defining qualities are gratitude, diligence, and loyalty. After receiving support from Jirou and beginning a new life at the mansion, she commits herself wholeheartedly to her duties. She forms a strong, sister-like friendship with Marina, and her gentle nature often brings balance to the more energetic personalities around her. She politely refers to Jirou as "Danna-sama" (Master).
Aurica lived with her mother, Belca, in Yazd Village. Her family hoped for a bright future for her, but these expectations dimmed when she received the [Secretary] vocation at her Blessing ceremony—something difficult to pursue because of her impaired vision. As a result, she struggled to find her place within the community. She and her mother lived modestly, with Belca working hard to support them.
When Jirou visited the village to hire a maid, Belca encouraged Aurica to apply. During the interview, Aurica honestly explained her eyesight issues. Moved by her sincerity, Jirou hired her and arranged for her sight to be restored using a spirit stone, with the cost to be gradually repaid through her wages.
After her vision was improved at the temple, Aurica began life as a live-in maid at the mansion. She quickly proved herself capable, taking responsibility for cooking, cleaning, caring for horses, and managing errands. Her hard work and reliability make her a key reason the household runs smoothly, and she becomes a valued member of Jirou's home.
