Chair (Breakdance)
Chair (チェアー) - is a foundational stance in breakdancing (B-boying/B-girling) where the dancer supports their body using one bent arm, typically with the elbow tucked against the side of the lower back or hip. The legs are bent or positioned to mimic the shape of sitting in an invisible chair, and the torso often arches to enhance balance and style. This stance is commonly used as the base for freeze moves such as the 'Chair Freeze.'
